Work was kinda crap. I was tired and stressed out and engaging in a civil war. But enough about that. I have discovered that life is so much more easier to live if you just forget all the bad stuff and focus on the good and happy times instead.

Ok, anyway, today in school,we decorated our classroom for the upcoming chinese new year. It was such an unforgettable process because it is the first time I have really experience the REAL united-class-spirit-whatever-you-call-that-nice-warm-feeling. The whole class came together and did all the decorating together, including the guys as well. It was such a nice moment, everyone contributing in one way or another. We were serious about the task yet fooling around at the same time.[I shall dedicate a post to this some other time and complete with pics!] Sad to say, this will be my last year in secondary school, and these are the last whiffs of teen spirit before I move on to the next phase of my life.
I'm gonna treasure every bit of this.
Then let's see....oh yeah, I got back my physics test on general wave properties, and sad to say, out of20 marks, I got only 16. I lost to Daryl by A MERE MARK. My throne at the top of the class snatched away just like that. *snaps fingers* It's not that I don't know how to do the questions though. It is because I did not read the questions properly nor take a second to understand what the question is asking. Thus, I made alot of careless mistakes. I lost a devastating amount of marks due to my over-confidence and cockiness. *bangs head against the wall* SOPHIE HONG WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But then again, I regained my throne for scoring 18 and a half over twenty for my geography elective test on indicators of development. ((:
O level results are also out today. This batch did particularly well I must say. Almost everyone passed with really flying COLOURS. A bunch of them even got two, four, and as much as SIX distinctions, from various classes and not only the triple science class.
So I say, as long as we work hard, we can acheive anything we want. LET"S ALL CHIONG HARD FOR ONE FINAL TIME THIS YEAR AS A CLASS AND POP CHAMPAGNE THE DAY WE REAP THE FRUITS OF OUR LABOUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh, and at work, saw Miss Boey walking past with her other half. Miss Tan lagi better. She came into the restaurant with her boyfriend to makan. Dont know why she so giggly today when I served her. *blur* Like a secondary school girl instead of a secondary school teacher sia...
My bed is calling out to me. And I shall answer it.
